Who we are:

Crusader Vehicles Limited is a business registered in England & Wales under company number 06203641 and our registered office is Crusader House, High Street, Buxted, East Sussex, TN22 4LA. We are a credit broker, not a lender.

What we do:

We offer a range of hire and vehicle credit finance products for both business users and private individuals, from a selection of finance providers from whom we may receive a commission or fee. We are not financial advisors and will not provide financial advice but we will present products and services to you, to help you make an informed decision. We would always suggest that you look at alternative providers and suppliers that may be available to you.

Where a vehicle is not registered to a finance company as part of your agreement, it will be pre-registered unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing and will have a 6-18 month log book retention. Please confirm at the point of ordering if this is the case.

Crusader Cars, Crusader Vans, Crusader Car Leasing, Crusader MVS and Vortex Vans are trading styles of Crusader Vehicles Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 631262). Crusader Vehicles Limited is a Credit Broker, not a Lender and we will introduce you to a set panel of lenders. We may receive a commission payment from the lender for doing so.

Our Fees:

We charge a processing fee for our brokering service of £199 + VAT (£238.80 Inc VAT). This covers the cost of the work we do to source a vehicle for you, provide you with a range of finance options and where necessary, process your finance application. This fee also goes towards covering costs to allow us to continue to service you, after your vehicle has been delivered.

Where you order a vehicle from us that requires customisation, we reserve the right to ask for an additional non-refundable payment of £1000 in case of cancellation. 

Exceptions to the above:

If you cancel a vehicle order prior to delivery and after the 14 days, you will be charged our cancellation fee and you maybe charged a further cancellation fee where the supplying dealer/manufacturer charges us a fee.

In most cases, our lenders will charge an administration or documentation fee to set up your agreement but you will be informed of this before you enter in to the agreement by both us and the lender.
