🚗 Position: Full-Time Sales Executive
Location: Sales Office, Buxted, East Sussex

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the LCV market, ideally as a Contract Hire/finance specialist on in B2B sales. This role is primarily office-based with telephone sales, but face-to-face sales experience is a plus. You will convert pre-qualified leads from our website and generate opportunities from our existing database. Comprehensive training will be provided on our in-house systems, finance company systems, and LCV Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and comprehensive telesales services to boost retail sales.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships with structured follow-ups to ensure repeat business for additional and replacement vehicle needs.
• Progress warm leads that come through various enquiry channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and use our internal software to find the best deals for a diverse portfolio of customers.
• Cold call potential new customers to increase retail sales.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conduct face-to-face negotiations with customers to secure business.
• Support the sales office with various tasks to ensure successful operations.
• Work towards targets to ensure efficient use of time and meet KPIs as agreed with management.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in using PCs, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a telesales role or proven sales environment.
• Strong, confident, and polite telephone manner.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of formatting and producing accurate reports.
• Ability to assess needs and prioritise work accordingly.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
